All rooms centrally heated in the colder months, with log burning fire in the dining room for extra comfort. Fans for hotter months.

Continental breakfast consists of a buffet choice of the following;

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the guests dining room, where you are also welcome to prepare snacks or watch TV when the weather fails.
There is also a large utility area to play ballgames or sunbathe which is kept properly mown. It's next to the pond and the hens ducks and geese will love watching you!

Suitable for vegetarians, special dietary needs catered for if advised at time of booking.
Evening meals are not currently available, but there is an excellent selection of restaurants, including a highly recommended Vegetarian restaurant, locally. Tea & coffee making facilities freely available in the dining room until 9pm
Pets Welcome subject certain conditions - please ask.
Facilities for horses on site.
*Not ideal for toddlers - over 5s welcome
TERMS CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
* Rooms will be held until 6pm on the date of stay unless client telephones to advise delay.
* Please vacate your room by 10.30am on the date of departure. Luggage can be left with proprietor (but at owners risk) if you wish to go sightseeing before your return home.
* Sterling cheques and bank credit cards regretfully cannot be accepted. Please ensure you have exchanged enough euros to pay on arrival or your booking may be declined.
* For long stayers use of laundry facilities may be provided for a nominal charge.
Short notice, and short stay bookings are welcome subject to availability.
All long stays of over 6 nights will receive a 5%discount.
