Originally a milking farm, our home has been recently renovated and refurbished to an extreemly high standard for the comfort of our guests. The house is set in 3 acres and we have our own apple orchard from which there are the most stunning views overlooking the valley, we have lots of sitting areas in the gardens for our guests to enjoy, what better, than after a day out sightseeing, than to return, sit and relax with a glass of chilled wine or a glass of Normandy cider. We can also offer a BBQ evening on request. The valley abounds with wild animals, you can spot wild boar, deer and hares also we have many birds of prey that circle the valley including hawks and kites. Our bedrooms have been individually decorated and are all spotlessly clean. Towels and linen is provided. Central heating for those cold winter nights. Plenty of parking space and quiet peaceful location, but ideally situated for visiting all the major sights in Normandy. |

Attractions DDay landing beaches, 1 hrs drive. Normandy will be celebrating the 65th anniversary of the landings this year so dont miss the chance to come and see the celebrations, Bayeux with its famous Tapestry 1 hr Mont St Michel, most visited site in Normandy 40 mins. Villedieu Les Poeles,15 mins visit the town of the pots and the Bell museum. Coutances 20 mins, old town and Cathedral, Granville 15 mins,very cosmopolitan town with the port and lots of shopping, resturants and bars, take a ferry day trip to the channel islands of Chaucey. With the children in mind Champrepus Zoo, Ange Michel,Festyland and much more. Stunning unspoilt sandy beaches 15 mins drive from our home. |
