Le Patio, a beautiful 14th century townhouse in the medieval bastide town of Mirepoix, offers you luxury chambres d'hotes/ bed & breakfast. The house is in a unique poistion under the famous "couverts" & looks out over the pretty market square, abbey & garden.

With it's backdrop of the majestic & often snow-capped Pyrenées, Mirepoix makes an ideal base for exploring some of the most stunning & unspoilt regions of France.

There are 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms and a large luxury suite which is ideal for families or couples wanting something special. Each room is decorated in it's own individual & charming style.

The African room is a bright & sunny room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the abbey & it's pretty garden. It has a double bed, antique furniture, many african artifacts & en-suite bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities.

The Marine room is a light & airy room on the 1st floor, again overlooking the abbey & garden. It has a double bed, antique furniture & large en-suite bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities.

The luxury suite on the 2nd floor is very private & overlooks the pretty & vibrant market square. It has a double bed, single bed, antique furniture including table, chairs, sofa, wardrobe, etc. There is plenty of room for an additional bed is required. Large adjoining bathroom. The suite is ideal for families, couples or honeymooners. Tea/coffee making facilities.

The Twin room is a very pretty twin bedded room on the 2nd floor with an unusual internal window which looks down on to the patio dining area. It has 2 single beds, antique furniture & an en-suite bathroom. Separate WC. Tea/coffee making facilites.

Pick up/drop off at Carcassonne airport can be arranged. Travel cot & high chair available. Laundry service provided - 10 euros per load. Iron & ironing board on request. Breakfast can be served in bedrooms for a small extra charge.

Attractions

Mirepoix makes an ideal base for discovering both the Midi-Pyrenée & Languedoc regions of France. The fairytale city of Carcassonne is 40 minutes away & the cosmopolitan city of Toulouse can be reached in 50 minutes. The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are just over one hour away & the nearest ski slope is a 30 minute drive.

Open all year. Double & twin bedded room - 75 euros per night. Luxury suite - 100 euros per night. Prices include continental breakfast. Christmas & New Year offers. Extra bed available - 5 euros per night.
