	Situated in Magagnosc, close to Grasse, & Cannes & only 30-40 minutes from Nice Airport, this recently renovated Villa offers superb Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a quiet area with lovely views. The house has been tastefully restored to a high standard The interior design is a simple provencal look and in perfect harmony with the features of this lovely home.
	Accommodation comprises of four double rooms .All of the rooms have been finished to a high standard and including heating for the winter and an electric fan for the summer .
	Attractions La Surprise is in a quiet area but has all of the local attractions nearby. There is so much to see locally - from the perfume houses in Grasse, the chic shopping in Cannes or the lovely hill top villages of Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and Tourrettes sur Loup. Great places to wander and enjoy the narrow streets and have a leisurely lunch or dinner In the vicinity: Horse racing Casino Beaches – Cannes, Nice and Antibes – 20-30 minutes away Forest River rafting (kayak), Paragliding Climbing Walking mountain biking Golf – ten golf courses within 12km The local restaurants are excellent with a wide choice of traditional French cuisine, from gastronomic to simple local inexpensive restaurants in the area. Grasse – Famous perfume producing area only 3 minutes away. Lovely city with views to the coast St Paul de Vence – A famous mediaeval village with many local artists and sculptors, wonderful views to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Many famous artists work can be found here including Matisse and Picasso Tourrettes sur Loup – mediaeval village with many local artists producing pottery, jewellery, art, wood and leather products,. Lovely village square under pine trees with many local bars and restaurants Cannes – Chic shopping, sandy beaches and lovely restaurants. And you may even see the odd celebrity! Mougins – Very pretty hill top village with lovely restaurants, antique shops and artists. Great views and lots of local craft shops to buy that special present to take home
