	Beau Sejour B&B is open all year. We are 30 minutes from Limoges airport, 45 minutes from Angouleme and close to Chabanais, St Junien & Rochechouart. Breakfast is served to your room at a time of your choice. Our double or twin en-suite rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and CD player and have independent entrances giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and woodland adjoining the property. Within easy reach of Beau Sejour there are a selection of cafes and restaurants to suit every taste and budget.

	Attractions Five kilometres from Beau Sejour is the historic Chateau of Rochebrune from where Richard the Lionheart embarked on what was to be his final campaign. The clearly marked route he followed crosses the Vienne River and leads to the magnificent Chateau of Rochechouart, which houses a fine contemporary art museum. Mid-way along this route is Chassenon where you will find the Gallo-Romain Thermal Baths constructed in the 11th Century A.D. We are perfectly located for the keen walker and cyclist and with wildlife in abundance each journey brings a different experience. The Vienne River, 750 metres from Beau Sejour, is renowned for its fishing and reputed to have carp up to 15 kilos. There are also many natural and man-made lakes for fishing or recreational purposes. Secure car parking is available at Beau Sejour along with covered storage for cycles, motor cycles, fishing equipment, etc.
Price	Open all year round. Price per room per night, including Breakfast 45 euros October to March, 50 euros per room per night April to September. Discounts offered for bookings of 6 nights or more. No deposit required but we ask that payment in full is paid on arrival.

Directions	From Limoges airport take the RN141 towards Angouleme. After approximately 25 minutes you will reach the Etagnac roundabout. Take the third exit onto the D193 signed Chassenon. Follow the road across the Vienne river, turn left at the T junction onto the D160 Beau Sejour is approximately 500 metres on the left.
